The accommodation at Spring Wood Fishery

One of the verandahs at Springwood FisheryOffering a total of five self-catering lodges, three of which have a verandah overlooking the lakes in the woodland setting, the accommodation at Springwood Fishery can be booked for holidays or mid-week and weekend breaks with the price of the fishing for two adults included in the price of each cabin.

New Lodge is the latest addition - a two bedroom lodge which can sleep up to six adults. It provides two twin rooms with a sofa bed in the lounge and a large well equipped kitchen, TV, shower and toilet. New Lodge is adjacent to Top Pool and has it's own private balcony overlooking Long Pool.

The Lakeview log cabins (pictured left and below) are the two family lodges which also sleep up to six people. They can be let either individually or together for parties of up to 12 adults or adults and children.

Up to date prices and information about special offers are available on Springwood Fishery's own website at but for 2016 range from just £200.00 for a mid-week mini-break for two adults to £700.00 for a week long stay in the New Lodge for up to six people at the height of the holiday season between July and August.

Interior shot of the accommodation at Spring Wood FisheryAccomodation is available from 2.00pm on the day of your arrival until 11.00am on day of departure. Weekly lets are from Friday to Friday with three night breaks subject to availability.

Prices include the cost of fishing, chalet accommodation, a Breakfast Pack, electricity and use of barbecue area. Bed linen is supplied but guests must bring their own towels. Fishing is available from 7.00am on day of arrival and until 8.00pm on day of departure. To fish, anglers must hold a valid Enviroment Agency licence and abide by the Cranbrook and District Angling Club Rules.

Another inside shot of the accommodation at Spring Wood FisheryNo responsibility can be accepted for loss or damage of any articles or valuables or for any injury however sustained. Children under 14 years of age must at all times be accompanied by a responsible adult.

Dogs are welcome but must be kept under control at all times and parking is provided adjoining the lodges.

Bookings for accommodation should be sent to Spring Wood with a deposit of £100.00 to secure your reservation. Cheques should be made payable to Lisa Berberich. Confirmation of bookings will be sent by return with the balance to be paid 28 days prior to arrival.
