Woodland View on the market with £1.75 million price tag

Only weeks after the sale of Makin's Fishery, another leading UK venue has come onto the market.

Catering for up to 120 match anglers at any one time, Woodland View has more than 200 pegs spread over eight lakes.

Classed as one water, although actually a matching adjacent pair, the match lakes Front and Back Deans cover the greatest area of around 2.3 acres.  However, the pleasure angling Arles Pool, at 1.7 acres, is the biggest single area, approximately six feet deep and with a central island.   There are also six rearing ponds covering approximately 2.6 acres.

The site occupies around 25 acres and was initially developed by the current owner from a single irrigation reservoir.  The sale includes a facilities building finished to an extremely high standard, containing a 120-cover café with commercial kitchen, clubhouse, bait and tackle shop and public toilets.  A substantial agricultural barn provides storage space for machinery and equipment.

Woodland View is located just off the M5 in a rural spot close to Droitwich.  Birmingham is about 23 miles away, Bromsgrove 10 miles and Worcester seven miles.
