The lakes are spring-fed and well sheltered, offering great sport with carp up to 12lb in size. Guests staying at the accommodation can fish for free.
Sneaking around the bank with a few crusts of bread is a perfect way to tackle this secluded fishery. Corn or meat on a light float set-up will bring plenty of bites from well-conditioned carp. For a few hours of fun, just float fish maggots for the hordes of rudd.
