    Choose between large lakes with big carp and catfish to more intimate waters holding with good sized tench and perch. There are very big carp in both Specimen and Syndicate Lakes. Maggots over crumbed boilies is a top tactic. PVA bags with pellets are a good alternative, as is a pop-up over crumbed boilies in PVA. Head to Jo-Jo’s for nets of smaller carp on pellet waggler or method feeder.
